Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored, and that orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-presented.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Retail service establishment, rural area.
