About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1378182 BC LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and make change as needed, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
