Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rethink Communications LP. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for training other workers, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, and scheduling and confirming appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answering electronic enquiries, and advising senior management.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Training and Development: Train other workers on various tasks and procedures, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, and ensure that all necessary materials are available.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS Word.
