Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the preparation and service of food at Romilano Pizza. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cooking and Menu Planning: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers with varying dietary needs and preferences.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, train staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:

The Culinary Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role, requiring standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in culinary operations management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
