About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Procedure Preparation
    • Prepare patients for dental examinations by explaining procedures, taking medical histories, and obtaining vital signs.
    • Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good working order.
  • Instrumentation and Supplies
    • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
    • Order and maintain dental and office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient practice.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide exceptional patient care by scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records, and communicating with patients and staff.
    • Assist with reception and clerical duties, including answering phones and responding to patient inquiries.
  • Diagnostic Imaging
    • Take and develop X-rays to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of dental conditions.
  • Record Keeping
    • Accurately record dental procedures performed on patients, including treatment plans and outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, and other support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
