As a member of the Human Resources & Transformation division, you will collaborate with seasoned consultants in our Ottawa office (remote). Your primary focus will encompass:

  1. Organizational Design and Structuring: conducting organizational evaluations, formulating operational frameworks, strategizing organizational classification (structures, roles, functions), recruitment and selection processes, and facilitating organizational development initiatives.
  2. Human Resources Management and Performance: organizing HR functions, enhancing HR performance, designing organizational structures, and implementing continuous improvement processes.
  3. Development of Human Resources: overseeing recruitment, career progression, skills development, training, performance management, and enhancing employee experience.
  4. Digital Transformation in HR: leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and process optimization.
  5. Future Work Dynamics: promoting flexible work arrangements, telecommuting, and optimizing internal talent.
  6. Project Management: executing detailed project planning, monitoring schedules and budgets, and producing analytical reports and dashboards.

Moreover, your involvement in the firm’s internal initiatives will include:

  1. Enhancing our service offerings through training and collaborative working groups;
  2. Contributing to our publication strategy (sector-specific blogs, studies, and press releases);
  3. Supporting the firm’s growth through various commercial and visibility initiatives.

To qualify, you should possess a university degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within the Human Resources domain.

Success in this role will require:

  1. A passion for organizational design and an awareness of HR trends, with a desire to influence the future landscape of organizations.
  2. A strong connection to market dynamics from both employee and employer perspectives.
  3. Exceptional social awareness, active listening skills, and the ability to integrate feedback into personal and professional growth.
  4. Conceptual thinking abilities to provide tailored customer service solutions through logic and creativity.
  5. A commitment to personal development, seeking feedback, and pursuing meaningful growth opportunities.
  6. A collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork and contributing positively to group dynamics.
  7. Familiarity with various project management methodologies and tools;
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  9. Proficiency in MS Project is an asset;
  10. Fluency in both French and English is essential.
