As part of the Human Resources & Transformation division, you will collaborate with seasoned consultants on various critical areas:

  1. Organizational Design and Classification: Conducting organizational assessments, developing operational frameworks, strategizing organizational classification (structures, functions, roles), and facilitating recruitment and staffing processes.
  2. HR Management and Performance: Enhancing HR function organization, optimizing HR performance, and driving continuous process improvements.
  3. Human Resources Development: Overseeing recruitment, career development, skills planning, training, and performance management.
  4. Digital HR: Implementing automation, utilizing artificial intelligence, and optimizing processes.
  5. Future of Work: Exploring flexible work styles, telecommuting, and internal talent optimization.
  6. Project Management: Executing detailed project planning, monitoring schedules and budgets, and producing analytical reports.

Additionally, you will contribute to internal initiatives, focusing on:

  1. Enhancing our service offerings through training and collaborative efforts;
  2. Publishing insights through blogs, studies, and press releases;
  3. Driving the firm's growth through various visibility and commercial activities.

To qualify, you should possess a university degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within the Human Resources domain.

Your success in this role will be supported by:

  8. Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written;
  9. Fluency in both French and English is essential.
