As a member of the Human Resources & Transformation division, you will be guided by seasoned consultants and primarily engage in the following areas:

  1. Organizational Design and Classification: Conducting organizational assessments, developing operational frameworks, strategizing organizational classification (structures, functions, roles), and facilitating recruitment and selection processes.
  2. HR Management and Performance: Enhancing HR function organization, optimizing HR performance, and implementing continuous process improvements.
  3. Human Resources Development: Overseeing recruitment, career development, skills planning, training, and performance management.
  4. Digital HR: Implementing automation, utilizing artificial intelligence, and optimizing processes.
  5. Future of Work: Exploring flexible work arrangements, telecommuting, and internal talent optimization.
  6. Project Management: Planning detailed projects, implementing tracking mechanisms, and producing analytical reports and dashboards.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will contribute to the firm’s internal initiatives, focusing on:

  1. Enhancing our service offerings through training and collaborative efforts;
  2. Contributing to our publication strategy (blogs, studies, press releases);
  3. Supporting the firm’s growth through various commercial and visibility initiatives.

To qualify, you should possess a university degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within Human Resources.

  7. Be familiar with various project management methodologies and tools;
  8. Possess excellent communication skills;
  9. Be proficient in MS Project (an asset);
  10. Fluency in both French and English is essential.
