Commercial Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business, providing exceptional client service, and fostering valued relationships with our commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate client relationships by delivering innovative solutions and providing exceptional client service
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand existing insurance programs and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Uncover challenges and analyze risks to prioritize product/service requirements
  • Develop marketing submissions, proposals, and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' commercial lines experience and insurance broker level 2 license
  • Proven track record of customer acquisitions and sales results
  • Deep understanding and solid knowledge of commercial lines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
