About the Role

The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy, framework, and tools for IT services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring OCM specialists and consultants to foster collaboration, learning, and innovation within the organization;
  • Establishing and maintaining an OCM community that provides guidance, best practices, and resources for OCM specialists and stakeholders;
  • Designing and delivering OCM training and coaching for IT professionals to improve their skills and capabilities;
  • Managing and executing OCM activities and plans to meet project objectives in terms of scope and schedule;
  • Conducting stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and change readiness assessments as required;
  • Developing and implementing communications, engagement, and adoption strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in;
  • Identifying and managing OCM risks and issues, escalating them when necessary;
  • Collaborating with HR to create mechanisms encouraging new desired behaviors and redefine positions with new performance criteria;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of OCM interventions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement;
  • Reporting on OCM project status and progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, psychology, communications, or a related field;
  • At least 7 years of experience leading and managing OCM projects and programs, preferably within an IT services organization;
  • A proven track record of success in delivering OCM results for large, complex IT projects and programs;
  • Knowledge of OCM frameworks, methodologies, and tools such as ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci;
  • Financial acumen to align organizational change efforts with intended business benefits;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other OCM tools and platforms;
  • Bilingualism in English and French, both orally and in writing.

Earn Up to $105,000 per Year
