About the Role

The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative change management strategies to ensure the adoption of new behaviors and tools to achieve organizational strategy and project objectives.



Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement change strategies to ensure the adoption of new behaviors and tools to achieve organizational strategy and project objectives.
  • Conduct impact analyses to understand the effects of changes on different stakeholders and existing processes.
  • Identify the various issues for stakeholders, and draw up plans to meet their particular needs. Survey them during the project and after delivery to adjust actions required.
  • Design and execute clear and effective communication plans to inform and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Identify training needs, develop a training plan in collaboration with the project team and the training team. Coordinate the development of training content.
  • Set up performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess the effectiveness of change management strategies and the adoption of tools and processes.
  • Identify and address resistance to change, developing solutions to overcome obstacles and encourage a culture of flexibility and adaptability.


Requirements


  • University degree in management, human resources, organizational psychology or related field.
  • Certification in change management.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in change management, preferably in an HR systems transformation and implementation context.
