About the Role

The Senior Technology Transformation Manager will lead and manage technology-driven transformation initiatives, overseeing the implementation of new technologies and optimizing existing systems to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a technology transformation strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  2. Identify and assess emerging technologies that can drive business improvements.
  3. Create a technology roadmap outlining key initiatives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  4. Plan, execute, and oversee technology transformation projects from inception to completion.
  5. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
  6. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  7. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, IT staff, cross-functional team members, and external vendors.
  8. Regularly communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  10. Use data and analytics to assess project impact and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in technology transformation, IT project management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and driving organizational change.
  • A proven track record of successful technology implementations.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks and best practices.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
