World Gym is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Leader to lead our group fitness classes. As a Fitness Class Leader, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for our members while ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead high-energy group fitness classes, including warm-up, conditioning, and cool-down phases
  • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure participants understand the exercises and movements
  • Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and encouragement
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout area, including equipment and facilities
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop and implement new class formats and programming

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.g. ACE, ACSM, AFAA)
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
