As an audiologist at Amplifon, you will be part of a supportive and innovative team dedicated to helping people rediscover the emotions of sound.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide personalized after-care services.
  • Offer customer consultations on hearing solutions tailored to individual needs and lifestyles.
  • Educate customers on the importance of hearing health through device fitting and demonstrations.
  • Participate in community outreach events and partnership engagement.
  • Maintain accurate data records and ensure compliance with protected customer healthcare information.
  • Stay current on industry trends and maintain professional credentials through continuous education and networking.
  • Contribute to individual and office revenue goals.
  • Support marketing initiatives and manage special events to drive local engagement.

Requirements:

  • A diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or a Master's degree in Audiology.
  • Registration and good standing with applicable regulatory colleges or provincial governing bodies.
  • Students and recent graduates completing licensure requirements are encouraged to apply.
  • Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and devices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.

  • An estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000, inclusive of industry-leading incentive opportunities.
