Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Electric Utility Specialist to perform system testing during upgrades, document results, and maintain electric, gas, and water utilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metering and a certification as a Journeyperson Meter Technician. Additionally, they will be responsible for supporting resolutions to customer concerns and complaints, preparing and maintaining installation records, and conducting meter service, upgrades, exchanges, installs, troubleshooting, and service verification.
Responsibilities:
- Perform system testing during upgrades and document results
- Maintain electric, gas, and water utilities
- Support resolutions to customer concerns and complaints
- Prepare and maintain installation records
- Conduct meter service, upgrades, exchanges, installs, troubleshooting, and service verification
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Journeyperson Meter Technician certification
- Proficiency in analyzing equipment and specialized metering business applications
- Knowledge of UK Conditions of Service And Metering Standards and IESO Market Rules
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- A Class G driver's license
