Digital Health Solutions Specialist Role

We develop cutting-edge Digital Health solutions for our members, partners, advisors, healthcare providers, and group administrators. In this role, you will be part of a diverse team with multiple fields of expertise, working in a stimulating and flexible environment. We offer

What You Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 or more years of experience building enterprise-grade or web-scale software using Java and Open Source technologies. Due to security clearance reasons, you need to be in Canada for at least 5 years, and your current work status should be either Permanent Resident or Citizen. You will also need to have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in business, technology, or a relevant field. Strong conceptualization ability, excellent ability to translate abstract ideas into working, high-quality code, and highly collaborative skills are also essential.


Security Clearance Requirement

In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) prior to your start date. This includes Fingerprinting, Criminal Record Check, Credit Check, and you must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status.


You Thrive in an Environment that Advances Fast and Continuously

Enterprise integration patterns using REST, Containerization and Orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), Public/Private cloud, Continuous integration and delivery, Build automation & deployment, Agile practices and tools are all key components of this role. Bonus experience in Operational excellence, Quality control, Feature driven development, and Experience with Finance (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) is also desirable.
