We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team at Tigh Na Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing a team of cooks, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional results. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
