Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Crystal Tax and Accounting Services Inc. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met through effective time management
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation
  • Co-ordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Supervision and Work Environment

This role involves working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and flexibility.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on location. Our company offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Please note that we are looking for a permanent employee to work 32.5 hours per week. The language of work is English, and the work term is permanent.
