Operations Manager Job Description

Newline Carriers Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in implementing organizational policies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and management, with a proven track record of allocating resources and coordinating teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business success and growth
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong business administration and management skills, with a focus on operations and organizational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
