- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure adequate coverage and expertise.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
