Operations Manager Job Description

Newline Carriers Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in implementing organizational policies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and management, with a proven track record of allocating resources and coordinating teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior staff to establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate promotional campaigns
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business improvement
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a willingness to travel regularly
