Program Assistant - Administrative Support

About the Role

  • Provide administrative support to our program team, including responding to correspondence, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, including logistics, catering, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including spreadsheets and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve program goals and objectives, including contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

About You

  • You have a strong background in administrative support, with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and are able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
