Restaurant Operations Manager

The Bombay Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of services and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the restaurant's financial health and success.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a restaurant management role
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills
