At ONTARIO INC, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team. Your primary duties will include recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. You will also be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages, overseeing the analysis of employee data and information, and compiling data, statistics, and other information. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of reports, advising senior management, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, conducting research, and performing data entry. You will also be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of software applications, including Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in technical terminology, including business, correspondence, reports and records, invoices, charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams. You will be a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, judgement, organized, accurate, client focus, reliability, time management, and adaptability.
