As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
