Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Clinical Manager and other healthcare professionals. This role will be responsible for maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain patient records and charts
  • Schedule appointments and tests
  • Transcribe and process physician orders
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of the Transitional Care Unit
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Medical Office Administration Certificate/Diploma or equivalent
  • Office administration experience in a similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
