Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident District Manager to join our Corporate Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to our units, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to respective units to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
  • Maintain a professional business relationship with clients by negotiating contracts and managing account operations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, making data-driven financial decisions to optimize operations.
  • Ensure financial performance and goals of the account(s)/district.
  • Drive and implement innovative initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee compliance to all company and client policies and procedures.
  • Implement the business plan for the client, establishing rapport, promoting partnership, and fulfilling client needs and expectations.
  • Monitor unit operations to ensure the highest quality of products and services.
  • Promote and support workplace diversity initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of top of unit leadership experience in a Corporate environment.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Hospitality services in a multi-site/multi-facility portfolio.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a diverse team across multiple sites.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets and utilizing strong financial acumen to drive performance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and an operational excellence mindset, with a strong capability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven negotiation and project management skills.
  • Proven track record implementing new operating standards and managing change with clients and employees.
