About the Role:

As Regional Operations Director for Eastern Canada, you will oversee the performance of multiple branches, driving growth through optimized sales and operations. Your expertise in leadership and strategic planning will be instrumental in aligning branch efforts with company goals, setting sales strategies, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

We are seeking a strategic leader with 5+ years of district or regional management experience, ideally in building materials or a related industry. Bilingual would be an asset but not essential. If you are passionate about driving results, mentoring teams, and leading successful branch operations, this is the role for you.

Location:

This role will be responsible for locations throughout Ontario and Quebec, with the ability to work from anywhere in the region with access to a major airport and comfortable with travel up to 50% of the time. Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Hamilton, Mississauga, Brampton, Guelph, and London are all considered.

Compensation:

This is a salaried position with a base salary of $160,000 - $210,000 + bonus. Our client offers a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional growth and development.
