Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to promote employee well-being and resilience.
  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of health, wellness, and workplace abilities programs.
  • Oversee workplace abilities initiatives, including accommodations, flexible work arrangements, and proactive wellness strategies.
  • Lead the Attendance Awareness Program and Disability Management Program.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic advice and guidance on complex health-related issues.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory changes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through data analysis and employee feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to proactively identify program enhancements and mitigate potential challenges.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in health and wellness program development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
