Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer health and satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business outcomes
