Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Jimmy's Place Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels
- Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations, including stock levels, repairs, and waste management
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen performance and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
