Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production schedules and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.

Requirements
