Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Savino Del Bene Canada Corp. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of supplies, advising clients on export and import restrictions, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on export and import restrictions, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, tracking shipments and resolving work problems.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate traffic flow of supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, ensuring compliance and optimal logistics.
  • Inform manufacturers and shippers of customs laws and procedures, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Estimate costs and ensure accurate budgeting for logistics operations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
