Key Responsibilities
  • Client Advisory Services
    • Provide expert advice to clients on export and import regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Logistics Coordination
    • Coordinate the movement of goods and supplies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our clients.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and delivery status.
  • Problem Resolution
    • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the logistics process, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations, including customs laws and procedures.
  • Cost Estimation
    • Estimate costs associated with logistics operations, ensuring accurate and transparent pricing for our clients.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
