About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Etminan Trading Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and process customer orders and instructions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review and revise material requirements for production, construction, and other projects to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize logistics and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders on supply chain performance and progress.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track shipments and inventory.
  • Coordinate the flow of supplies and materials to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up on issues related to work orders and shipments to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and database software.

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will work in a warehouse environment with a fast-paced and dynamic team.
