Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Savino Del Bene Canada Corp. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of supplies, advising clients on export and import restrictions, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies, maintain work records and logs, and resolve work problems.
  • Client Support: Advise clients on export and import restrictions, provide customer service, and follow-up on issues with work orders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with government regulations, knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices, and inform manufacturers and shippers of customs laws and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory control software, estimate costs, and keep track of shipments.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Inventory control software, MS Office.
