Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Etminan Trading Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, compiling orders and instructions received from customers, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers and revise type and quantity of materials required for production, construction, and other projects.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments and prepare and submit reports.
  • Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies and maintain work records and logs.
  • Provide customer service and follow-up on issues with work orders.
  • Keep track of shipments and maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of word processing software, database software, electronic mail, internet, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Work Environment

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will work in a warehouse environment with a fast-paced and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week and will be eligible for a health care plan.
