We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Barburrito Edgemont. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in supervising staff and implementing efficient workflows. You will work closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, prioritizing tasks to meet demanding service standards.
  • Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control protocols.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and employee productivity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory position within a fast-food establishment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
