Senior Operations Manager Position for a Fast-Paced Environment

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at AE Industries Inc. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and leading projects in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies and programs.
In this role, you will represent the organization in official functions and negotiate with stakeholders. You will also manage events, conduct performance reviews, and oversee a team of 5-10 people.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be organized and accurate. You will work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent. The hours of work are approximately 30 to 35 hours per week.
