Data Entry Clerk Position for a Fast-Paced Environment

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at AIM PUMPS & PROCUREMENT INC. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and registering documents for data entry, transferring data between software, verifying accuracy and completeness of data, storing, updating, and maintaining databases, performing backup procedures to ensure data preservation, and performing general office duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry with attention to detail and high accuracy rates
  • Transfer data between software efficiently and effectively
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before proceeding
  • Store, update, and maintain databases to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform backup procedures to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity
  • Assist with general office duties as needed to support the team's efforts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar field is preferred
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • This position requires working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritization are essential
  • A high level of attention to detail is necessary to ensure accurate data entry
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $28,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. We offer competitive compensation packages that reflect the value we place on our employees' contributions.
