Food Service Supervisor Role in a Fast-Paced Environment

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at SUBWAY. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure smooth operation of our fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate ingredient and supply needs to estimate requirements for meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Maintain quality control standards by ensuring food and service meet our high expectations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on team performance, sales, and other key metrics.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team of 3-4 people.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and under pressure.
- Client-focused with efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
