Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to palliative care teams, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Act as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing education and training on palliative care principles and practices.
  • Conduct quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes.
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
  • Three years' recent experience in palliative care nursing, including one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is CAD $67,000 - $87,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
