Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Quorum Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Quorum's upstream and midstream software solutions into the Oil and Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid to large upstream and midstream accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions, account management and/or software sales.
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions into technical/architectural teams and to business executives.
  • Proven ability in developing and maintaining account plans.
  • Proven ability to source leads to drive sales pipeline growth and qualify high potential prospects.
  • Proven ability for thinking critically in a solution-oriented manner with a focus on long-term customer success.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and others.
  • Strong drive to success and operate independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and innovative individual who can work independently while leveraging various internal and external groups necessary to achieve success for all stakeholders.
