Strategic Account Director

Enverus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly driven Strategic Account Director to join our expanding sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the growth of our West Coast energy transition market, partnering with a Customer Success Manager focused on retention, and executing on annual sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the rapidly expanding West Coast energy transition market.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve annual sales targets and meet growth objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their expectations, feedback, and concerns.
  4. Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing to create and execute on energy transition strategies.
  5. Manage both internal and external aspects of client relations, including team selling strategies and contract negotiations.
  6. Meet and exceed annual growth and gross retention targets.
  7. Work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for increased ROI within your account base.
  8. Provide weekly revenue forecasts and other business reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience managing financial services or energy vertical accounts with energy transition marketplace knowledge.
  2. Experience in strategic selling and executing on average deal sizes that exceed $100,000 ARR.
  3. Demonstrated ability to align complex SaaS solutions to high-value company objectives.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a strong leadership and teamwork mindset.
  5. Proven ability to excel in a team selling environment and deliver on annual revenue targets consistently.
