The Strategic Human Resources Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business initiatives
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource management
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
