Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Valve Specialist to join our team at the Edmonton Service Centre. This permanent, full-time position involves working with our Protection Production and Service team to perform critical tasks related to relief valves.

Responsibilities
  • Tear down, clean, evaluate, paint, test, repair, and service all relief valves, as well as assist in new production/assembly of new relief valves.
  • Assist in various parts of the relief valve servicing and production processes as required.
  • Interface with team leads and internal/external customers.
  • Operate forklifts and cranes, with training provided.
  • Work overtime and weekends to meet customer requirements, as needed.
  • Travel to various locations in Western Canada to support service work on mobile onsite units or in regional service centres, as required.
Requirements
  • Prior experience with relief valves is considered an asset.
  • Mechanical experience or ability is also considered an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proven customer service experience.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and physical ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic and commitment to health and safety practices.
