We are a prestigious hospitality company seeking a highly skilled Banquet Manager to join our team. As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events at our esteemed venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the quality of service and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available for events.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our venue and attract new business.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that events are executed to the highest standard.
  • Computer and Technology: Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service principles.
