We are a prestigious hospitality company seeking a highly skilled Banquet Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the scope of services to be offered and develop operational procedures to ensure efficient event execution.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' skills and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a well-stocked pantry to meet the demands of events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and guests.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies for events.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in banquet management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
