Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and related documents from automated dictation and handwritten copy.
- Opening and distributing incoming conventional and electronic mail, as well as other materials, and sharing information internally and with other departments and organizations.
- Scheduling and confirming employer appointments and meetings.
- Maintaining an inventory and placing orders for office supplies.
- Welcome guests, identify the purpose of their business, and guide them to the employer or suitable individual.
Requirements:
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. • College diploma in a relevant field is required. • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative setting is preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. • Fluent in English language.
