Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and relational Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Apartment Life. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional experiences for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and host engaging events and activities that foster a sense of community and connection among residents.
  • Provide exceptional personal communication and care to residents and staff, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote community events and activities.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Prepare regular summaries and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with staff and program directors to plan, equip, and develop community programs.
  • Engage a support team of volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize impact.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements and required reports.
  • Possess a current driver's license and liability insurance, and access to a form of reliable transportation.
  • Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Have the availability to commit weekly hours to perform job responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous event planning experience.
  • Experience working within a budget.
  • Some relevant experience using social media.
  • Have a network of support through potential volunteers, vendors, or community partners.
